     A healthy mindset starts with nourishment from rich materials. What I have found is that reading helps me to see different perspectives of life, as well as encourages my spirit to live on purpose. I highly suggest feeding your mind daily with words of encouragement, wisdom and upliftment. And you will be quite surprise what an author can do for you!
